Confirming company file and changing from read only

Hi,

I need a licence key for a version 2015.4 of Accountright.  I have been locked out of my company file and it is now read only.

I called the helpline and was told to post on here and a moderator would email me with the licence and instructions.

I also run a second company file which I am locked out of.
