Creating Letters
Hi I am trying to get a letter into MYOB Accountright so I can send it to all the customers. There is a list of templates but they are all blank?

To work with AccountRight, it requires Microsoft Office 2010 or late installed, and it needs to be the 32-bit version. You can view this system requirements sheet for more details related to your AccountRight version.

MIcrosoft 365 was installed last year so I would have thought that would be okay?

Microsoft 365 also comes with the 64-bit version and the 32-bit version. As far as I know, for Office 2019 and Microsoft 365, the default for new installations is now set to 64-bit.
You can check your installed Office version by starting Word > click on Account > About Word, see if ti says 32-bit or 64-bit at the end of the Microsoft Word line.
