email issues with accountright

All of a sudden, I can't email remittance advices for suppliers as it keeps coming up with New outlook not supported - which I don't understand as we are using classic outlook and I have confirmed classic is our default and also done Microsoft 365 repair which has been suggested.

Just doesn't make sense to me when it was working fine yesterday and haven't change from classic outlook.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi briansfurn,

    Thanks for raising this. That’s a bit tricky, especially since it was working fine yesterday. This issue is quite unusual, as we’ve mostly seen it happen when using the new Outlook version (2025).

    Let’s try some troubleshooting first, I suggest reinstalling AccountRight on your computer. A fresh installation usually helps AccountRight detect Outlook properly and restores the email function.

    Hi Earl,

    Thanks for responding to my issue and I tried reinstalling Account right and that didn't work and it is a real puzzling issue for me too.
