Going oline

please please, I have spent 3 weeks trying to contact, been on hold for many many hours.....I need to get my accounts online I am currently on hold again and its been2hours and 5 mins

    Hi lisafb4,

     

    We’re really sorry for the delay getting back to you. Waiting three weeks for help is far too long, and not the experience we’d want you to have.

     

    We’ve had a look and were able to locate your case number through your Community Forum profile. At the moment, the migration team is working through a high volume of requests, so there can be delays while they catch up. While you’re waiting to hear from them, you may still be able to keep working in AccountRight offline. Your options are:

    • If you already have an AccountRight subscription, you can keep using your file as normal
    • If you don’t have an AccountRight subscription, you’ll need to install Server Edition so you can keep using your file there in the meantime

    You can also read more here about your options while you wait for the migration team to contact you.
