Super payment not going through
Hi Myob
I'm asking the same question again as the issue is still not resolved.
My super payment is not being accepted, it's saying one or more super funds are inactive.
I have gone through each one and tried to lodge them individually, also checked each super fund to make sure they are still active, also checked with myobs list of super funds that they accept.
All of these fine,
Nothing as changed from the June super payment and that went through without any issues
Getting very frustrated, waiting for myob online help is taking hours
