That’s definitely a jolt when everything’s just gone. Before we assume the files are missing from MYOB’s side, it’s worth doing a quick sweep on your computer using the help guides:
- Follow the Manage libraries help article to check all the libraries AccountRight can see.
- Make sure you’re searching with the correct syntax on your computer (file names, extensions, and locations).
- If you’re looking for classic v19 files, use the Finding AccountRight company files and backups help article.
- If you’re looking for modern AccountRight files, use the Open a company file help article to track down online and local files.
