Logging in and waiting too long to put in authentication code - cannot close MYOB - have to go to task manager and end Task HURLEY application every time

    It’s odd that you’re stuck, you shouldn’t have to use Task Manager to force AccountRight to close all the time. Can you try clearing your AccountRight cache first? Sometimes these weird glitches get sorted out with a quick cache reset. If that still doesn’t fix it, your best bet is to chat live with our team through MOCA (our virtual assistant) or raise a support ticket via My Account. Mention what you’ve tried so far, and if you can, attach a diagnostic log error so they can track down what's going on.
