login

hello, for the past few weeks i have been unable to login to MYOB. i put in my email address but there is no option for my password only the prompt that i have forgotten my password.

I then need to reset my password EVERYTIME.

    Good Morning,

     

    I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. It made no difference.

    I have noticed today that we have updated to 2024.01?

    This has made no difference either

    To assist you further, could you please confirm if you are the only user experiencing this issue? Also, would you mind trying to open the software on a different computer? Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

    I do not have another computer to try this on.

    My boss uses the same computer as me with a different log on obviously and he has been having the same issue.  

     

    Is there another way i can have this issue sorted more efficiently? I only work 2 times a week and this message has been going on for weeks!

    • Check for Windows updates. If there are any updates available, please install them and then reboot your computer.
    • Diagnostic File: Please log in and get the latest diagnostic file. This file will provide us with more information about your system, which can help us investigate the issue further.

    Please let me know how you get along and include the diagnostic log file with your response.

    Hi becIGA,

     

    Thank you for providing the error log. If you are not getting the window to enter your password, this is typically caused by your Internet Explorer security settings.

     

    The following steps should resolve this issue, and I do recommend that you speak to an IT support professional if you are unsure about making the following changes:

    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Go to the Advanced tab.
    4. Scroll down to near the end and tick USE TLS 1.0, 1.1, or 1.2.
