Question

HiI added a new user to access all information.We have 2 entities so I can switch between businesses.&nbsp;The new user has only got access to one entity and not to both using the web access level.She is setup as a user for both entities.&nbsp; Although only one entity is showing up for her to access.&nbsp;When I try to log into MYOB Manage online access I cannot get access as it does not recognize me, and I am&nbsp; the administrator.&nbsp;So very confused.&nbsp; I really need urgent help as I an going on holidays and need to ensure the user has access to both entity company files.&nbsp;Thank you

Looks like you’ve run into a bit of trouble with one of your user’s access. A pretty common reason the file doesn’t show up, even if the user is listed, is that they might not have accepted the invite yet. Might be worth having a quick check of their email inbox to see if it’s been accepted.
&nbsp;
On another note, the Manage Online Access portal can only be accessed by the primary contact. Just a heads-up, contacts and user access aren’t the same thing. If you need to change it, you’ll need to ask the primary contact to make the switch through the MyAccount window.Regards,Genreve

Hi Genreve.&nbsp;I will remove her access and resend link.I am the primary contact to our account.&nbsp; I started in 2016 and have had this updated with MYOB.&nbsp; Please help.Thanks
