MYOB Account Right Enterprise19.9 confirmation

Hi, Trying to generate a confirmation code for MYOB Account Right Enterprise V.19.9 and getting an invalid code.  Message reads "An invalid Confirmation Code has been entered".  Company file number 4.  Have been previously advised by MYOB that this version would not revert to read only until after 28 February 2026.  We cannot upgrade to the next version of MYOB V2025 as we are required to upgrade our server equipment prior.

    Have your serial number, company file number, and the error handy, and they’ll help you sort it out.

  • I have tried this and have no success.  I have used the online generator and getting the incorrect code
