MYOB AccountRight Survey Keeps Displaying on File Open

I have done your survey, ticked the box to not show me again.  But every time I open MYOB the survey window pops up again.  So now giving zero points for intrusiveness and not functioning as advised.

      I am not using the browser version of MYOB.  And I shouldn't need a workaround for a screen you have added to my log in process.
