Thanks for sharing where you're at with the days stated when backing up your company file. We’re aware of the issue and it’s on the team’s radar, though there isn’t a confirmed fix date yet. If you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account, they can tag your account so you’ll get a notification as soon as the fix rolls out.

Happening to us too. Ours isn't at 1671 days yet. Only about 150 days.
I wonder if this will be fixed before we get there?

Thanks so much for letting us know you’re having the same backup issue. Our team is looking at backup and restore features as part of a bigger project. Right now, we don’t have a timeline for when it will be sorted, but it hasn’t been forgotten, this is on our dev’s radar.

At the moment, there isn't a permanent fix for the backup date issue, but I've flagged your account as affected. Our team is aware of the issue and working on it, and we'll keep you updated as soon as there's any progress.

Looking for a solution to the exact same problem with the backup dates not being correct. Is there a solution for this problem yet?

There's no fix yet for the issue where the backup date isn't updating, but no worries— I've added your account to the list of affected users. As soon as it's resolved, you'll receive an email update from us.
