MYOB Phone Support - Lackthereof
OK..I really don't like complaining..but...
I just waited over 4 hours for MYOB support to answer. 4 hours of hold music and constant interruptions by their hold voice.
And then..after 4 HOURS - call hangs up. No response. No answer
To say this is frustrating is an understatement.
What has happened to your Customer Support MYOB?
