MYOB Phone Support - Lackthereof

OK..I really don't like complaining..but...

I just waited over 4 hours for MYOB support to answer. 4 hours of hold music and constant interruptions by their hold voice.

And then..after 4 HOURS - call hangs up. No response. No answer

To say this is frustrating is an understatement.

What has happened to your Customer Support MYOB?

    I’m sorry you had that experience. Waiting that long and then having the call drop would be incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why you’d be upset. We’re currently experiencing higher call volumes than usual, which is causing longer wait times than we’d like. That said, we know that doesn’t make what happened any less disappointing.     I have left a ticket for a callback - on Monday afternoon. I have still not had a callback for our Urgent support needed. This is becoming VERY frustrating.
