Hi I have an older file which I constantly refer back to on AccountRight and have had a read-only access for a number of years. This has suddenly disappeared and I cannot open an older client file to check information. Is this going to be reinstated. I upgraded to 2026.5 and it was gone

This is most likely due to the change introduced in AccountRight 2026.5, where offline files are no longer supported in the PC edition. The good news is this does not mean the file is gone, and you still have a couple of ways forward, either by using an earlier version to view the file when needed or by bringing it online for longer-term access.
