MYOB Subscriptions

I too have  had a billing error for the last 4 months and am being charged for  a subscription that comes free with my Practice. Despite multiple calls, multiple emails and promises of it being sorted I am still  receiving an invoice each month which has now amounted to a total of nearly $600. I had had to keep a trail of emails, names and call logs to be able to prove my case .. This in my opinion is completely unacceptable and I too,am ready to take my business and go  to XERO, on which i also have clients and find that issues like this do simply not occur ..I would welcome a  response .

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see why this would be frustrating, especially after the time you’ve already spent trying to get this sorted.

From the screenshot, the invoice covers 30 Jun 2026 to 29 Jul 2026 and totals $945.00, but it doesn’t show what makes up that amount. It’s highly unlikely that this would be for just one subscription, but that would need to be checked properly by our billing team, as forum moderators don’t have access to billing records or invoices like this.

I understand the wait times have been long and that this issue has been dragging on. The best way to get this looked into is by creating a ticket through My Account. We appreciate your patience.
