New users cant see company file online when attempting to log in.
I upgraded my offline version of Accountright to online yesterday - and have added two users.
As administrator I can access online files with no issues.
Both users have received the invitation link and setup their logins and are showing as active under my Users settings - both on my desktop version and browser. I have allocated them file access and assigned roles & permissions..
However when they try to sign in they cant see the company file online.
We have tried opening MYOB desktop version (confirming latest version 2026.4) and signing them in that way. They can sign-in, but no company files are visible.
We also tried signing in online - app.myob.com - but that doesn't show any linked businesses either.
HELP PLEASE!!!!
