Hi there, thanks for jumping into the thread and I’m sorry this has been frustrating. At this stage, we don’t have any reported ongoing issues with this on our end. Since Microsoft Print to PDF is working properly on your computer, this may be something specific to how MYOB is set up in your environment. The best next step would be to reach out to your IT team so they can properly check your MYOB setup and printing configuration from their side.

Iam also experiencing the same problem here. I do not think the problem is from Microsoft Print to PDF as this function is working well in my computer. I am very disappointed with this matter happened recently by MYOB

That’s a bit odd, especially if this was working fine before. If the print to PDF option isn’t appearing in AccountRight, this is usually related to the Windows printer/PDF printer setup on the computer rather than the company file itself.
A good first step is to check whether Microsoft Print to PDF or Microsoft XPS Document Writer is available in Windows and try printing to that. If those options don’t appear in AccountRight, reinstalling or updating the PDF/printer driver can often help.

Additionally, if you’re still not seeing the PDF option after that, it may be best to speak with your IT person, as it can point to a local Windows printer configuration issue.
