Yes, this seems to be a common occurrence. We should be charging MYOB for our time lost. Over the past 3 weeks I have wasted approximately 18 hours+, either on hold & then speaking with a person not adequately trained so once they wasted more time for about 0.75-1.25 hours, concede that I will need to be transferred to another dept/person then I'm back in the queue. I don't phone over basic functions of MYOB as I have been using MYOB for over 26 years, it usually is more technical issues, i.e. currently needing to keep using an offline file and require offline backups for online files. Also, needed to change an ownership of a file (this one was a nightmare).
