One ABN - Two MYOB Files

Hello   I was wondering if you are able to have two spearate MYOB Files with one ABN? I want to be able to limit the access my payroll officier has to Management staff (so only some employee cards...

Hi CCR_2000,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

Regarding your concern, yes, you could run two separate files in one ABN, however, when it is time to report to the ATO you would need to combine the two as it is all one ABN. If you run two separate accounts, you will also need two separate bank accounts.

Thanks for your reply. Can you clarify how you would combine the two MYOB files

Does STP2 in MYOB allw you to report weekly with two MYOB files but one ABN ?
