Thanks for reaching out about viewing your MYOB subscription invoices. Usually, only the primary contact (the person who sets up the account) can download invoices directly. That's why you need a code from the "owner" to access them. They can do this by logging into My Account at myaccount.myob.com using their MYOB account details. If you're an administrator but not the primary contact or "owner," you might not have the right permissions to download invoices directly. That's why you need a code from the "owner" right now. For more information, you can check out this Help article: MYOB subscription, invoices, and payment details. If you’d like invoices emailed directly to you, you'll need to be the billing contact. We can set this up for you with authorisation from the primary contact.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case, I would like to setup invoices to be emailed direct to me, can you let me know how we can arrange this with the primary contact's authorisation?
