Online Administrator access unable to download MYOB invoices

Hi   Can you advise why I don't have the option to download your invoices - I have administrator access. Below is a snippet from user with "Owner" access.    Every time I need to download MYOB's ...

I used to get a pretty good response time with my posts but since the upgrade it's been rather slow, my other posts are still waiting for assistance, plus my query above. Please assist.
