PASSWORD OPTION FOR LOGGING IN NOT CREATING NEW TAB IN BROWSER

Most times that I log in to AccountRight, the User Name options appears, and the green "NEXT" appears.

After choosing the ribbon, nothing happens or the Login page appears.

but the password option to enter does not appear, or I have to wait about 2 minutes to enter the password, and at times the option is in Text only.

 

Once in it's ok to log out and in.  But only if  I don't turn off the Computer

 

I have tried to Turn off Malware, Firewall  and real time Scanning. Which makes it quicker to complete

 

I thought that it may my PC. but it happens in others as well.

 

It does not happen to myessentials online accesss

    Hi Freedomcare,

     

    I can see how this application behavior can affect your use of the program. It could be that the firewall and scanning may be affecting the application's speed of processing. I highly recommend this to be posted on the Ideas Exchange board for the development team to be aware of. 

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
