I too cannot cancel my account. I have been trying for weeks. I never get through to the cancellation team. My support case has NEVER been replied to. Case #03207050
I got immediately through to tech support and sales. No issue getting someone to talk to there.
Why cant I cancel online. Why is there no option? I have wasted so much time on this.
Why does it just hang up on me when I try to get through to cancellations? Why cant they take a message and call me back? Why cant the AI even give me any option that points towards cancellation?
This is POOR FORM by a company so big.
