Renewing an old MYOB subscription

Hi, I used MYOB for a few different companies' records as bookkeeper/accountant and payroll manager many years ago.  I was using AccountRight Plus v19 when I used it last. I need to pick that up again now and would like to know how to revive/renew my old subscription.

AccountRight Plus v19 is no longer supported and subscriptions from that time cannot be reactivated. To continue, you will need to purchase a current MYOB AccountRight subscription and then upgrade your old company files into the latest version.

If you still have the old files, MYOB Support can help confirm compatibility and guide you through the upgrade so you retain your data.

  • Hi MDofPerth

While it is true that MYOB no longer support v19 and will be stopping confirmations, if you are planning to use the old files you can still download the v19 from the MYOB downloads page https://www.myob.com/au/support/downloads?srsltid=AfmBOoqNrujM__4VSTLDlVWtXN9cWV_CbA2GZzVKpftS454J3tN-3KLZ and then restore the backup files (or open these if you still have copies). You can currently confirm the files with MYOB but will need to use FGH Tables (a third party provider) to confirm after 28th February if MYOB persists with their plan to discontinue confirmations. If you do wish to start a new subscription, then you will need to do as suggested.

    Cheers
