Resending invitation to an existing user

Hi 

One of our existing users who works from home (currently with Accountant/Bookkeeper access) has a new desktop.  This new desktop does not have the MYOB AccountRight icon/files.

What is the easiest way to give him back access?

 

Note:

  • he does not want to use the web browser.
  • his email address stays the same
  • his access has not been removed.

Is it possible to 'resend' an invitation to an existing user?

Is there a link I can send him?

    Since one of your user's rocking a new desktop and wants the AccountRight software instead of the browser, they can download the AccountRight by visiting this link. Their email and access haven't changed, so they'll need to log in as they usually do. There's no need to resend an invitation. Once done, they'd be able to see the files they're working on. If you're still having issues with the existing user setup, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
