Our team is continuing to investigate the cause of the issue affecting the file confirmation service for AccountRight customers, while progress has been made connection errors are still being observed, please be assured we will continue to work diligently on the issue and will keep you updated as information becomes available, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Our team is currently investigating an issue with Activation and confirmation for AccountRight company files. During this time customers may be presented with an error message "unable to connect to the online confirmation service"

  • Can I process a payroll during the service disruption or should I wait until it is fixed?
