Yes I am. I came here to see if anyone had reported it. I'm trying to issue invoices and it eventually gets there, but the loading time between steps seems much longer than usual. I will try out the steps that Isaiah explained to see if that helps.
Any updates MYOB? this is so frustrating and been happening for way too long. Hard to run a business with this not working properly

didnt notice any improvement on Friday, also Ie noticed that my MYOB had updated to a new version and in the last week has converted back to old version, not sure if this has anything to do with this?
Having the same problem still today. Its been slow for a couple of weeks now and extremely frustrating!
This is driving me crazy, can't get anything done!!! everything is taking so long. MYOB please sort urgently as we can't keep having this issue as its cost us time and money!!!

That spinning wheel of doom is never a good time. We've had a bit of a poke around on our end and so far we haven't seen any widespread reports of slowness. I've tested both the desktop and browser versions today and everything seems to be behaving itself.

yes this has been an issue for about 2 weeks now if not more. It can't be a cache issue if its happening with everyone??
I'm also noticing sales not registering in the online version (they show in statements) but I can't see the invoices themselves online? Only happening in one of my company files but not the other one. Worries me that other things could be missing which I'm unaware of?
An issue for myself and my colleague in the office. Similar/same issue to all of the above
We have an office of 12 people in our accounting office who are all having extreme slowness issues since the new MYOB update.
It is taking twice as long to complete GST returns, with every click having to wait for it to load, typing something and sitting waiting for text to appear, pages not loading, even updating description takes so long as have to wait for the split coding box to appear and load and load.......
Please fix, this is costing the businesses time and money. This should be urgent to get resolved asap.
it is like this every month when trying to get the accounts out. It used to take me 2 hours now I'm in overtime and have been at it all day!
