Subscription charges

Hi there, ive recently completed my discounted $12 for the first year subscription and now ive received another invoice about to charge me for $99 for the third time in the last 30days. 

I was under the impression it was a $99 for the whole year not per month.

The amount has already been taken from my account twice and i want it resolved/refunded before it happens a third time. 

Please help as i dont want to have to cancel and change to another invoicing app/company.

    Not sure what MYOB package you are on but $99.00 per year sounds incredibly cheap.

    We pay $210.00 per month per file (4 files)which is very expensive and I have to question if we get value for money anymore....especially since they have little or no customer service to attend to the myriad of MYOB complaints.

  • When you search up myob before signing in and access subscriptions it gives you an option for $99 per year it’s now charging me $99 per month

    Makes sense that an amount like that would feel concerning. To clarify though, the $99 is the price for 12 months, not per month. When you sign up using a welcome discount, our website still shows the full recommended retail price. If the charge has been taken more than once, that definitely needs to be looked into properly so it can be sorted out.

     

    UEA​ if you’re running multiple businesses, it could be worth reviewing which MYOB software is the best fit for each one, rather than keeping them all on the highest tier. That way, you can make sure you’re only paying for the features each business actually needs. The best next step would be to reach out to our team so they can take a closer look at your account subscription.
