Subscription update required - is paid...

I have paid the subscription last Thursday 23rd May (today 30th May) and this notification is still coming up.   Please urgently advise why this long after payment made this is still happening.

    Hi YingjieJIan,

     

    No worries, we've got this sorted for you. You don't need to do anything on your end— we just checked your account, and since there are no outstanding invoices, it's now set to active again. You can now use your file without any warning messages.
