Transfer date from one subscription to another

Hi, Is there a way to transfer a whole date file, including all transactions from one MYOB Account right subscription to another subscription? Thanks

    Hi TanyaBennett,

     

    If you're looking to transfer your whole file including all transactions to another AccountRight subscription, we'll need to process a serial number removal first. You can get that sorted by chatting with our live chat support via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount.

     

    But if you're moving to MYOB Business, the process is a bit different. You'll need to go through a migration. You can get started with that using this link: Move to MYOB Business from AccountRight or AccountEdge.

    I have just tried, but the virtual assistant could not understand what i was requesting. Please advise how I word my request? Thanks

    Hey TanyaBennett,

     

    When chatting with our Live Chat, after picking which product you need a hand with, just type “Live Chat” and it’ll steer you the right way to a real person. After that, chuck in your account details when prompted, and you’ll be straight through to our team. Aside from that. you can also create a support case via MyAccount.

    Thanks, I am trying to get the information for a client as we are a MYOB partner. I was hoping to get general steps so I can let them know the process.

    Hi TanyaBennett,

     

    Thanks for clearing that up! Always great to see a fellow MYOB partner helping clients out. If your client's sticking with AcocuntRight and just need to move their file to a different subscription, you can point them to the steps here: Serial number change or removal - Support Notes: MYOB AccountEdge - MYOB Help Centre.

     

    Once that's sorted, they can pop the new serial into their file and away they go.
