Uable to Confirm company file

Good morning   I am unable to comfirm my company file this morning.   Could anyone advise on how to fix this problem.  Thank you

I am still unable to comfirm by online or phone ,  I am using an old version V19 ,  May I send the file to you to confirm for me please?
