Uh-Oh! The numbers dont add up ERROR

Managed to get 2025.11 installed via .msi and now when we go to Sign in we get this.

After spending the morning to get the download to work from MYOB's website now we cant even use the version.

We have clients using MYOB Teams reports and we need to do payroll. 2025.10 wont allow us to get those reports now that the new version is down.

Please can someone fix this!

  • Since i cant get an answer out of MYOB as to what is wrong with this version i have a fix.

    Uninstall 2025.11
    Add

    my.myob.com
    myob.com

To trusted sites within control panel/ network and internet and internet options

Re install 2025.11 and the sign in page is now appearing again.

NOTE: THIS IS A WORK AROUND. Myob need to admit fault and put through a patch as adding trusted sites is not something we have EVER had to do.

  • Hi All

Ended up uninstalling Server Version on my PC, downloaded a fresh copy from the download sight and installed.

It worked this time, no numbers not adding up anymore..

It appears that MYOB have pushed an updated version of the installer to the download site.  This latest one appears to work!

This is the property details of the MSI files from yesterday and this morning:

The content creation dates and revision GUIDs are different.

Looks like MYOB posted the wrong build to their download site!

The MSI downloaded this morning works!

It appears they have updated the install packages - comparing the origin details of yesterday's MSI file to todays:

So the solution appears to be - try downloading a new installer file from MYOB and try again.

Attempt number 3 to provide a solution (previous 2 posts removed for some reason!).

Download a new installer file today and use that.  It fixed this issue for us.  We're using the MSI file, not sure about other installers.

Thank you for this. We also had this same issue, and have a support ticket, but none of the following suggested workarounds by MYOB support worked.

    1. Adding myob.com and my.myob.com to Trusted Sites
    2. Whitelisting following DLL files in Antivirus Software
      1. IdentityModel
      2. IdentityModel.OidcClient

Finally, downloaded the MSI file again today after seeing your comment and it worked!

Clearly they have updated the MSI file according to differences highlighted between the two MSI files, since I first downloaded it on 11/12/2025 and today.
