That RetailBasics certainly is not mainstream right now, so it’s quite difficult if you need help with it.
What that error means is your RetailBasics file has hit the maximum number of confirmations allowed in a period, so it’s been locked on the licensing side. The confirmation link you’re using is right, but once that limit’s reached, it can’t be reset from here.
Support for RetailBasics is now handled by AAAPOS, not directly by MYOB. They’re the best folks to get your till up and running again. You can reach them on:

When you get in touch, let them know you’re using MYOB RetailBasics and quote the exact error message plus your serial number.
