Unable to delete user

Question

I have the administrator role but I am unable to delete a user as the error message shows that transactions were created.

I have deleted these transactions (and re-create them using my administrator role) but still can't delete user ID.

How do I go about deleting the user ID? It was wrongly created and should not exists in our database.

Hi gera-leon,&nbsp;A user cannot be delete once it has been used. This is because that user is forever linked with the transaction, even if you delete it, the record of the entry and deletion is keep in the security logs.&nbsp;Best to rename and make inactive. If this does not work for you, get in touch with MYOX Services who can remove the user via the back end.&nbsp;RegardsGavin
