Could not confirm company file

Hi there   Sorry I was not able to confirm my company file ,   is there anyway I could get it work please ? thanks

Thanks for your post. I'd be glad to help you with this. Could you please send me a private message with the following information:

Serial Number
Company File Code/ID.
Version/Build number.
Full name and Email.
