That doesn’t sound right. Bank feeds generally don't get unmatched without intervention.
A couple of things worth trying:
- in Bank transactions, open the Not matched or Match bank transactions view
- check if those older transactions are showing there again, and if they are, review whether they still need to be matched or categorised
- if you’ve got auto matching to categories turned on, try switching that off first, then refresh and check the list again
- in the reconcile accounts window, if the Difference is $0.00 and there’s nothing left needing review, see if the reconcile button becomes available again
