MYOB Accountright - BANK FEED NOT UPDATED TODAY

The Bank Feed has not updated today and as usual nothing showing on the status page to say there is an issue!

    Hi Janine_swimming

     

    Sorry to hear you're still having bank feed issues—it’s been week now! I recommend connecting with our virtual assistant, MOCA, for quick support. Just head to myob.com/support. If MOCA can’t sort it out, you’ll be directed to our live chat team who can create a bank feed case to investigate.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to start a new thread if you need any other help.

    I get that your bank feed hasn't been updated today. However, we haven't received any information yet regarding the delay in bank feeds. I appreciate your effort in checking our system issue update page. Sometimes, updates on bank feeds can take a bit longer than expected. You can try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in. Keep me posted if you require further assistance!

      Hi,

      Our bank feed has not updated since 21st June!  What is going on please?  As far as I am aware we have not done anything differently at our end. 

      Yes, I have logged in and out and refreshed. This has not corrected anything.

      It is disrupting the EOFY processes.
