Error 4077 importing sales price update

Hi,

I read on here that a script by a moderator would need to be run to assist with the import.

I am an accountant doing the import of a sales price increase for a client file.

Getting error 4077 on 438 records, can I please have assistance for the script?

 

What is the response time on this - we open with new pricing tomorrow.

    You're absolutely right— a script needs to be run to resolve Error 4077 when importing a sales price update.       • FYI - I had this resolved using MOCA chat function with MYOB Technical Support, we were able to resolve it on the spot in the chat session.
