When trying to export a budget file from the web browser version and I'm unable to select export as CSV, only pdf or excel are working. I've selected export as excel and saved the file as a CSV file in excel. When I try to import the same file with no amendment to either the rows or columns, I receive the error message: The row count does not match the template. I don't understand how this can occur as I have not changed anything in the file.

Thanks for the screenshot, super helpful! This usually happens because Excel quietly changes the file structure when you “Save As” CSV (adds/strips rows, changes delimiters or headers), so the file no longer matches the exact layout of the MYOB budget template, even if it looks the same on screen. Could you please export the budget directly as CSV (don’t go via Excel first). If CSV isn’t selectable or still errors, the export in a different browser or on another computer, then import that fresh CSV back in the browser file.

Unfortunately, the CSV export option is not available, which is why I have selected to export via excel.
I have also tried opening the web browser version of Myob in a different browser. This also did not resolve the issue as the CSV export option was still not available.
