That does sound a bit strange, especially if you haven’t been able to access Bank Transactions/Reconciliation for the last 3 days and there’s no known incident showing at the moment. Are you seeing any error message when you open the Banking tab, or is it more that the feed just hasn’t updated yet?
If it’s still not loading properly, the best next step would be to reach out to our team directly by phone and live chat for quicker help, or lodge a support case so our bank feeds team can dig into it a bit further. You can also keep an eye on any banking-related incidents through our Bank Feeds update page or the Status Hub.
Just-Me, we do our best to get bank feed data into files as early as possible each day, but timing can vary depending on when the bank sends the data through and how large the files are. You can also check out our bank feed frequency post for a bit more detail on when updates usually come through.

yeahnah sorry, all i can see is the browser is "Bank hasn't updated" and in desktop, i can press Get Bank Transactions and it shows last update (now) but nothing. Internet banking is showing the connection/sharing has started and configured correctly
