Updates & UI considerations

With the recent UI updates and changes, I’m trying to understand whether there is any structured consideration given to the end user before these changes go live. Is there a UX process that involves putting proposed updates in front of real customers to gather feedback and identify workflow impacts?

I’m happy to volunteer for pre‑release testing, along with a small group of other customers, if that would help. At the moment it feels like updates are being released without assessing how they affect day‑to‑day use, and the result is unnecessary disruption to established workflows.

Can someone clarify what the current review and testing process looks like?

  • Whatever they have done to it is actually making consider switching to Xero. They need to fix it fast because I am running out of patience with it.

  • When I scroll down I want the whole page to scroll down not just the list of invoices

    Hi theguysthat,

Thanks for sharing your perspective and for offering to be involved in early testing. I understand that UI changes can throw a curveball into your day.

We release regular updates to MYOB Business, and customer feedback helps us understand how those changes feel in real use and where we need to improve.

To keep up with what has changed and what is coming up, you can check the MYOB Business release notes here.

You can also see what is 'in focus' and coming soon by checking out our product roadmaps for Aus and NZ below

We do try to keep the community forum here updated on features being tested as well.

And if you check out this post about early access programs, you will find a link at the bottom where you can register to be considered for future testing.

    Regards,
