Hi Shella,
Many thanks for your reply. I've seen the same reply several times on the forum for this particular issue, and have tried to find these settings. I called your support team this morning and they believe the problem is because I'm using the "Off-line" version of AccountRight on my laptop, which does not show the "Entitlements" tab in the Payroll menu. They further advised that I need to request our Administrator to add me as a "File User" to the "On-line" version of AccountRight. Accordingly, I have reached out to our Administrator for assistance.

You are indeed correct. The problem might be because you're accessing the file offline. If you're still having this issue after reaching out to the Admin or owner of the file, you can also try our virtual assistant, MOCA, which is designed to dive deeper into issues like this. Give it a go!
