Absolutely loving how you’ve already spotted the difference in PAYG and sorted things out in the ATO portal straight away. Making that manual adjustment on your activity statement won’t cause you any issues with your EOFY individual employee tax statements. You can absolutely edit W1 and W2 on activity statements if something’s out of step, so you’ve done exactly what’s needed.
