  • Our fix has been tested and released to the software now. You are all good to go.
So sorry again for the delays today everyone and I hope you arent held up too much processing these payruns at the end of your day.
    Cheers, Mike

Same issue here - our employees (like everyone else's) NEED to be paid today! Have been trying for 3 hours now but obviously it's a massive problem... or is it a stat day in Oz???!!! (Hope not!) ... VERY frustrating!

Hi Stefanie, I've come across the same issue!  very annoying.  I emailed them with the error code, I'm guessing they would have been flooded with complaints/enquiries by now and will be working on resolving the issue.  Hopefully!!

  • Same issue here as well.  I tried rebooting the computer and nothing seems to work.  I was in the middle of the payrun (saved yesterday) and was updating it this afternoon and the error message started when I added sick leave to the employee.  I also noticed, that all the prior work I had done was not saved.  Hoping this is resolved asap as pay day is today :(.

  • Same issue here. So frustrating you can't talk to anyone at MYOB. Why can't they at least send out an alert to say there is an issue and they are working on it.

Guess I'll just log in later on to see if it's sorted.

  • Just rung the 0508328283 number - once I finally got there to the right selection there was a recorded message saying there was an issue with running pays and that there were working on the issue but couldn't advise anymore than that - fingers crossed it is sorted today...

  • Same here... very frustrating - has anyone tried the 0800 number?
