Having an issue for making super payments

When I create a super payment, that's the reply: "Sorry, you haven't been given permission to record payments. You'll need to either get the business owner to give you permission, or get someone who has permission to record the payment instead."

 

My role is Pay Super Administrator, what can I do? Thank you.

    Hey Kin1,

     

    To resolve the issue of not having permission to record super payments despite being a Pay Super Administrator, ensure that the email address you are using to create super payments matches the one registered in the MYOB system. Sometimes, using a different email address can cause permission errors. Next, clear your browser cache. Additionally, try logging into your MYOB account using an incognito or private browsing window. Lastly, try using the email address registered here in the MYOB Community Forum to create the super payment.
