How to create payment summary for previous financial year?

I need to create a payment summary for FY 2023-24 to submit to the ATO. We are using STP Phase 2 and there’s no option to finalise for FY 23-24. Please help.

Hi kenbntech,

 

Under STP Phase 2 you don’t create payment summaries! Just do the EOFY finalisation for 2023–24 in MYOB: open your STP/Payroll Reporting EOFY Finalisation screen, pick 2023–24 from the year drop-down, review totals, mark each employee as Final, and send the declaration to the ATO; employees will see their Income Statements in myGov, not paper summaries; if 2023–24 isn’t showing, switch the year in the selector and try again, or jump on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA, or send a support case via My Account and we’ll help check your setup.
