Incorrect Super set up
The April–June 2025 super for four employees was processed using an employee expense payroll category instead of a Superannuation payroll category. STP has already been finalised. We have now moved to MYOB Pay Super, and the June quarter super liabilities don't appear in Pay Super because they were never created. What is the MYOB-supported method to create the super liabilities without reversing 28 historical pays, and do we need to lodge an STP update event afterwards?"
