MYOB Super Payment Creator

Hi MYOB, can someone please explain why we need to complete the Pay Super Change of Details form to add a 'Creator' user (other software providers do not require this). I spoke to support and they said the reason was to verify the users mobile number, however creators do not receive verifications codes to draft payments. It makes it difficult when need employees come on board.

    Hey Nicolep93​,

     

    Onboarding a new Creator shouldn’t feel like jumping through hoops. The Pay Super Change of Details form is needed when there’s no verified Pay Super Administrator on the file to authorise changes. If you already have a Pay Super Administrator, they can open Pay Super settings, verify themselves via SMS, then add or update user roles including Creator using the steps provided via this link

    Hi Doreen,

     

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when our Pay Super Administrator logs in to a MYOB file and goes to the Pay Super settings, he does not have any options to edit or add other users. I have attached a screenshot of what we are presented with in the settings. We have also tried this on multiple MYOB files and get the same result.

    Hi Nicolep93,

     

    Thanks for the update and the screenshot. Totally get that it’s not ideal when the options don’t show up, especially after trying multiple files. Only a Pay Super Administrator can add or edit Pay Super users, so please double-check you’re signed in with the Administrator account. If you’re on the right account and still can’t see the Add user options, try clearing your browser cache, using Google Chrome, and giving an Incognito window a go. If it’s still not showing after that, jump on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA, or create a support ticket through My Account, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
