Payroll - Incorrect Base Hourly Pay

Thanks for your reply. It is disappointing that the solution is to manually check the base pay and manually correct any issues.

A system of this scale like MYOB should not have such a fundamental flaw for something as basic as transferring the correct base hourly pay. I'm not sure how can users trust it for anything more complex. It's even more concerning that this has not already addressed, given it's an issue from 2 years ago, but instead choosing to push the onus onto users to manually check and do everything. 

Perhaps another item to add to the ideas board!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with Base Hourly Pay. Since you've already made sure that "Automatically Adjust" isn't used for multipliers greater than 1, the next step is to carefully check the pay amounts when processing payroll and manually correct any discrepancies before finalising.
