Phone number for support

Hello, how can I find a phone number for support? My online submissions for help are being ignored for weeks. I won't be able to use MYOB if they don't fix up the problem from their end.

The problem is I tried to upgrade my Payroll Only to Pro and it created a separate account instead. But I have all my employees and pay, etc in my Payroll Only.

Any ideas?

    I’m really sorry about how frustrating this has been, especially after you believed the cancellation request had already been sent through. I’ve checked the email address linked to the account and I’m not able to see any pending cancellation case on our side. Please reach out to our support team so they can further look into this.

    I have been on the bloody mobile this morning still right now for 1 hour its a joke i have emailed them but no reply all they good to take your money or ask you whats your id number to make sure you are paid up to date so mad

    Sorry you’ve had such a rough run trying to get help today. I can see you’ve already spent a fair bit of time trying to get through, and I get why you’d feel this way.

     

    Our support teams are working through a high volume of requests at the moment, so wait times on the phone and by email are longer than usual.

     

    If you’ve already sent an email through, the best thing to do is keep an eye on your inbox and reply to that same email if you need to add anything, rather than sending a new request. That helps keep everything together for the team reviewing it. Thanks for your patience while this gets picked up.

    Its an joke.  If they were better at solving problems, the time lost would shorter.

    Just give us a buzz, stay on the phone for 16 days with sleep listening to hold music.  We are experiencing more requests for support lately.  Clown.
